About MOSFET

Is there a mosfet that it enters saturation, then as Vds increasing(while keep Vgs constant),its current almostly keeps constant, but suddenly goes down at a certain Vds.After that the current increase slowly, but until another certain Vds,the current increases sharply. Why the current "goes down" happens?

Re: About MOSFET

I am not sure I understood your question...

but, while Vgs is constant, you increase Vds.
At the beginning, a MOS is in deep triode mode.
Later, it is biased in triod (linear) region until Vgs-Vth = Vds.
After then, the MOS is biased in saturation.

Slow increase is due to channel length modulation.
