Looking for an OS suitable for PIC18 devices

I'm searching for a OS to PIC18 devices.
I often have projects, where the PIC must handle more than 1 process same time, so I think, it is easier to solve with an OS & threads. I'm programming in C (MPLAB C18), so I'm searching an OS, which is familiar with it.
