Hello i am novice there and i do not speak english very well. But i need help. I am looking for DCDC converter for my charger i need from U=5V, I=max500mA to U=≥8V, I=200mA something easy thank you

DC DC converter

hi
here i have one document on low power opamp which uses dc-dc converter. I think u can the same in your design. Well , the required voltage can be obtained by cascading of this. Current drawn will depend on your supply maximum current.
To avoid ripplles (smooth responce) keep capacitors value low enough.
I hope this will help you.

Re: DC DC converter

Read about Boost Convertors from any power electronic book, Very easy

Cheers

Re: DC DC converter

Here is a book which will guide you through by example:

High-Efficiency Low-Voltage DC-DC Conversion for Portable Applications

DC DC converter

yes , it's a boost. and the load is small, it will be easy.

Re: DC DC converter

You need to be more specific about the specs. there are trade-offs between DC ripple and AC transient. Also, the efficiency is also a big specs.
