I am looking for 25-30 W (PEP OR CW) power modules for cellular bands (925-960, 1805-1880 and 2110-2170 MHz bands).

I used power modules from XEMOD but now they are discontinued. I have foud some amplifiers from Freescale that could fit my requirements, but the output is not matched to 50 ohms.

Does anyone know some power modules that are input and output matched to 50 ohms?
