LED connection with 12 V Dc battery

wat kind of wiring do u suggest for a connection as shown in the attachment with LEds , its an indiactor and will have two like this

that means 66 LEds and the power will be from a 12 V dc battery , is it advisable or shud i increase the number of LEDs ????

Typically 5 to 6 LEDs are connected in series. This series string is connected to a final dropping resistor and then the entire series circuit is connected to the +12V battery. Since you only have four LEDs in each spoke, I think you could make a cluster of LEDs in the center rather than a single one.
