can any one tell me... what is maximum power that we are generating by using solar panel on earth surface....and what is the schematic diagram of it????

Your question is not clear. Do you want to know the maximum power capacity of one solar power plant or total solar power generated in the world?

Normally single panel have no more than 250W, typically 200-230W. Because it unnecesary to have bigger, when you can make plants of panels.
