Yes there is a large signal model for MOS. It's a switch connected in series with an "on" resistance of the MOS. There is also capacitance Cox between gate to source and drain to source.
Please check out chapter 10 of CMOS circuit design, layout and simulation by Baker, Li and Boyce, in case you want to characterize the MOS in the large signal domain.
