Hi,

you can try FT232 from https://www.ftdichip.com/ or tusb3410 from https://www.ti.com.

Especially FT232 is the most used in these cases. Also you can find FT245 from the same manufacturer but with paralel interface. Depends on what you need.

i have converter prolific pl 2303 but the baudrate is too fast even i set in 115200... what should i do..??
