Keysight spectrum analizer link between scanning time and video bandwidth

Hello,I am trying to see a modulated signal with 100K bandwidth.
i want to see the 100K bandwidth very clear on my spectrum analizer ,with no extra's
from watching the video shown bellow i see that RBW is the moving filter which presents the "eye" of the spectrum.
The video bandwidth is the smoothing filter.
But how do i deside the ratio between the RBW and VIDEO banwidth?
