Hello,
In this schematic I’ve created, the S4P file is a hybrid and both S2P files are LNAs (same LNA). The output ports of the hybrid are each connected to an LNA, but when i run the simulation and plot S(2,1) and NF the gain (S(2,1)) is very small and even negative. The LNA’s gain should be around 23 dB. Why is plot looking weird and off?
Thanks

Have you ever checked the s-Parameters Blocks independently ?? Is the ports sequence correct ??
Surely you did a mistake.
