keep asking License management at opening of Opnet v16.1/15.0

Hi All,
I am working on opnet v 16.1 and each time I run this software it's asking for license management each time I have to open and set the server on and close the software and then reopen and ....
sometimes I have to log off and so on..
can anyone tell me what is the problem ?!!
