I observed non-linear relationship of oscillation frequency vs. supply current in a simple 3-stage single-ended ring oscillator as shown in the attached plot. Can anyone explain or provide reference to derive this relationship.
Since it is a simple oscillator, It can be referenced as like as MOS current frequency variation. Since a mos can produce oscillations according to the current flowing through it.
