K-150 microcontroller 'the board is not responding'

hello!
I'm using K-150 programmer to load .HEX file pic16f877A 'supported by the programmer'
Device using PL2303HXA
I'm using WIN10 64bit OS , already managed to solve the PORT identification but still not able to load the .HEX file into PIC
I changed the port , Unplug the programmer reconnect the USB cable as mentioned in Manuel but nothing changed
any solution for tis problem ?
