iso 9141 interface

I need to use k line to rs232 interface. I heard a bus transceiver IC, MC33290. Is this IC good for me?

I want to send a data to a microcontroller via k line. I will send the data using rs232 protocol and a convertor(k line to rs232) send the data via k line to other circuit which have k line transceiver to its microcontroller.

my data -->via RS232--> K line transceiver-->other circuit's k line transceiver-->via rs232-->microcontroller

Baud rate is important for me. I have to send the data in 1200 baud. Then i have to change the baud to 9600. Is it possible with k line?

How can I do that? I need a circuit for rs232 to k line conversition.

Thanks...
