Is there any standart for OTT(Over the top TV) ?

I searched the web, ETSI websites and other websites. But I couldn't find any standarts for OTT.

I read some documents about OTT. But I couldn't find a document which determines borders between IPTV-Internet TV-OTT.

Could you propose any documents reliable and helpful for OTT?
