Hello.

If it possible, can anybody help me with IPTAT^2 current source design?

I find the papers about it.

Thanks in future.

iptat 2 current

Hi u can generate the IPTAT current using the standard BG topology. U want to generate squared value of that or linearly amplified value of that?

I need quadratic PTAT current for curvate-comp. bandgap

I thought that the curvature compensation is needed because the

VBE have ~ -2mV/K

and the the a*VT have a*VT/Temp

where Temp is the actual temperature. So the temperature coefficient is zero only at one designed temperature.

But why do you need something (b*VT)^2 ?
