Hi, i want interface a chip inside a bluetooth dongles to a microcontroller; connect my cable between USB chip and Bluetooth chip. Is posible this???
The USB dongle is very very cheap.... The Serial-Bluetooth converter is very very expensive...

If it is made on single chip, it may be hard. I think BT modules with SPP profile (not industrial converters) an serial port does not cost more than 10euros. Look at these **broken link removed**
You ma also check inside bluetooth GPS, they are sometimes made on BT and GPS modules which are pluged or soldered to single board.
