Intend to save video in PC using FPGA

Iam using spartan 3A 3400 dsp kit (video starter kit) i have interface the Ethernet with PC and now i attend to interface my Ethernet model with video capture model and using matlab to save video in PC how i will do this .........what type codes i have to change

i had save the PAL video in ddr memory in fpga.Ethernet is interfaced and echo_server is established....
How to send that data of external memory through Ethernet and save it in some video format in PC....
