integral equation from Digital Communications by Sklar (example 4.3 2nd E)

I need the steps involved to get equation 4.49 from equation 4.48.

I don't see neither eq. 4.49 nor 4.48
 

I by mistake did not copy the equation numbers.

The first equation is solved by putting the integration limits.
 

OK, the first equation is the primitive of the integral. It's a function f(t) that has to be calculated over the extremes 0 and T. Simply do f(T)-f(0) to obtain the second one
