Hi,
You could use TSOP173x(1738,1737, 1736, etc), which are among the most popular IR sensors. According to the datasheet, these devices will work over a temperature range of -25'C to 85'C.

thx I can only found tsop 1136 in Turkey. one of the friend also said tsop 1838 but there isn't any.

I assume you need analogue analogue output, not digital. The TSOP1136 is digital.
