In general differential amplifier with resistive load need to add current source at the source of both the transistors to make its bias current Id1+Id2 independent from of common mode input voltage.

In the given figure is it still required to add a current source at the source of both such that Id1+Id2= Idsource.

If i ask this question of adding current source at the bottom of differential amplifier in general condition (when it is not mentioned wether load is resistance or current source or MOS) then what will be your answer for the reason of adding current source at the source of differential transistors.
