dm6446 try to initialize the emulator again

Im trying to setup bootloader on DM6446 with XDS510 + CCS3.3
I get the following error when I connect

Error initializing emulator

I/O Port = 510

Board Name: DM6446_ICEPICK_XDS510USB
Cpu Name: ARM9

Abort: Close Code Composer Studio.
Retry: Try to initialize the emulator again.
Ignore: Ignore the initialization error and sta
