First the pin number at the display, then the pin number at the VESA Connector and then the meaning.
Data:
Display: VESA: DATA
8: 16: D7
9: 14: D6
11: 12: D5

18: 2: D0
Control signals:
Display: Vesa: Signal
23: 22: HSYNC
20: 24: VSYNC

+5V at pin 4 of the display
GND to the pins 3.7, 10, 13, 16
GND to the pins 19, 21, 24 and 26
Pin 5 (DISP_OFF) probably switches the display off. You must test whether at mass or at +5V (at the best by 1K Kilo ohm resistance) or whether it can remain free soagr. The same applies to pin 6 (modulation, M) and pin 25 (display Enable, CL2 (L)).
