If i have to give this threshold at Negative terminal will my thrshold be -30mv?

Hi,

Imagine a comparator as an amplifier with:
V_out = (In_noninverting - In_inverting) * gain.
Where gain is very high....and output voltage is limited by the supply voltages.
Use this to make some calculations on your own.

So "no", the threshold is still positive 30mV. ....but the output is inverted somehow.
