IC50 corner simulation question

corner simulation mos transistor

dear all:
I had a question in using the corner simulation of cadence ic50.I use the singleModelLib.In the model file there are 6 section,"tt","fs","sf","ff","ss" for mos transistor and "res" for resistor.
I want set the corner with mos transistor section and temperature,for example:

"tt","fs","sf","ff","ss" in 25 degree
"tt","fs","sf","ff","ss" in 85 degree
"tt","fs","sf","ff","ss" in -40 degree

In erery corner ,I must include the resistor model.But i don't know how to include it in PCF/DCF file.
can anyone helps me?
