How modify in layout? Is turn schematic's cell lib to base's lib in IC5?
Do this schematic's netlist is bad too!

I guess it's atransistor, but it's not define well

Check your .simrc file.
It must contain uncommented "for transistor level comparision for analog artist" block. Other comparision blocks must be commented
