this servo needes 1ms to 2ms pulse for moving zero position to 90 degree.u can generate these pulse ur self with pic controller.
generate 1ms high and 19 ms low for zero position and for 90 degree 2ms high and 18ms low.for center position of servo 1.5ms high and 18.5ms low pulse.

Is easy. Initialize a timer and with it control the high level time and low level time. The servo goes to a fixed angle depending on the relation between this two times.
