Hi all,
I need a buffer which can drive a low resistor below 1KΩ. Whether a buffer can realize such high load? And how to design? I will appreciate if someone can uplode some paper about this.
Thank you in advance!

Source follower is a good choice for you. You can find in analog design books

buffer help

I don't understand. Just a source follower can satisfy me.

Re: buffer help

If you don't need rail-to-rail swing, source follower is a good choice.

buffer help

Ya, source follower will do.

If you need rail to rail, then you need class AB o/p stage.
