im working as design engineer in a mnc . but i like to switch to some vlsi company in bangalore .
some one plz guide me
 

get some books
take some courses
 

In which field ru presently working and also wat is ur present exp..
 

join some part time courses then shift ...
there is some institute which teaches VLSI on paid bases....
Its very wast ... so start with learning the tools ...
front end will be a good option if u are a software programmer
