HV IGBT low current rating needed

I'm looking for a 3.3kV(minimum voltage) IGBT with a current rating of less than 30 A . Actual current rating needed, is 7 A. So far, I've just found devices rated for 400 A or higher. Their physical sizes are too big for my design. Any help would be most welcomed.
