Hspice MOSRA simulation (simmode = 3) with process variation

I want to simulate Hspice mosra simulation for simmode = 3 with process variation. When I use .alter command to change the parameters, the mosra tools looks for radeg0 file during simulating the .alter portion. However, due to the process variation, for the previous part (before .alter) the hspice generates the radeg file as radeg0@2. Is there any method to solve this issue? I couldn't find any till now.
