how we include a comos model to hspice netlist

i need a help in hspice simulator i want to include a coms model in my netlist but error massage appear after simulate the netlist " the model u have included can't be found'
any one help me to solve this problem please

To include model you have to first save the model file in .inc format.
now in your net list type this line
.INCLUDE filename.inc
Remember the both model and netlist file must be on the same working directory.
i hope this clears your doubt.
