How to use XILINX EDK with XPS and Xilinx ISE?

Hi all,
I would have to use XILINX EDK kit. have fully installed the XILINX Platform studio(XPS) and would like to use it with XILINX Virtex 4 board form AVNET.

Please suggest me to get more information on how to use the board with the XPS and XILINX ISE installed.
Also, would appreciate if someone could suggest me a project that I can run on this board by which I would learn more.

Using XILINX EDK

Check Xilinx web site **broken link removed**
for Embedded Design Examples, they are very useful to start building your programmable systems either using Power PC (PPC) or using Microblaze(MB).

After you finish these tutorials, start to build your own systems by interfacing the any one of the embedded processors (Power PC, Microblaze or any other processor IP) to some hdl codded digital designs(CAN controllers, USB uarts,.....)
