How to use the output of polyphase FFT?

hi,

I need help to use output of polyphase FFT.
I am getting a matrix as output of polyphae FFT and not able to understand how that is representing the my message signal.
 

Even i need help with PFFT. I'm unable to design the filter. Can you guide me how to make one?
