I want to use RS-485 communication Protocol on atmega32 what shall i do to understand how to use it

Just get a USART going and that's it, you needn't do something more from the program.
But you need an RS485 driver for that. Check this post.

this I C is not available now , so i am using max485 , i am asking for topology and programing
