Hello there,

I need to design a low battery supply system (5V in) . The system contain 2 supply. One battery supply is used while the other one battery supply is charge using solar. When the used voltage supply is low (< 3V), automatically the other supply is connect to the system. The low voltage battery take turn to be charge by solar. Help needed.

Generate voltage reference. Divide battery supply with resistors and compare it with voltage reference. The comparator output is used to switch PMOS (with two PMOS series connected to avoid body diode conduction).

Hi leo_o2,

Thank you for the reply ^^. Could you give me a diagram or clear picture of this system.
