Can i simulate or visualize the dielectric charge phenomena happening in case of Rf-MEMS switches in ADS or Sonnet or LINMIC software ? if yes hen how ? if not, then by which simulator can it be done ?

Re: Em simulation

I think you can do what you want in Sonnet by viewing the current density first. Then select Parameters | Response | Charge. I have never had a need for this feature, so I am not that familiar with it. But the units are Coulombs per square meter.

Em simulation

hi all,
I am trying to integrate mems switches over micro strip antennas. i already simulated antenna over CST. now i want to integrate mems on it. any idea how to do it on cst??
Thanks
