How to simulate a RF circuit in HFSS.

hello,
I want to know how to simulate a RF circuit in HFSS.I don't know how to deal with the active components(mosfet).If anyone know it or have some examples,please tell me. Thank you very much!

Is HFSS an efficient simulation tool for integrate circuit?

You can not do circuit simulation in HFSS.
its for electromagnetic simulation tool for passive components & not for active components.

Well, If you can make transistor in HFSS then you can do S parameter simulation for sure.

Added after 1 minutes:

Use Agilent ADS 2008.
Also check for latest microwave office. I think it is also capable of doing the same.
