how to send mms with gsm/gprs shield?

Hi all.
I am working on my first project and i am trying to send a picture as MMS with arduino uno connected to tinysine gsm/gprs shield( **broken link removed** ).i am using SD and i cant figure out how to send the picture
i really appreciate your help:)
