Hey guys.. I want to know how to save node voltage value which only I need.

Although I don't need voltage value of almost nodes, HSPICE save voltage value

of all node. So silmulation is loose..

I think, if it is possible, simulation will be done more quickly.

Do you have solution?? Please help me.

HSPICE option ??

.option probe
This way only node voltages you specified will be saved.
But the simulation speed will not improved. Only the time for disk writing will be shortened.

HSPICE option ??

hi
you can not simulate voltage of one node because in a circuit you must have voltage of all nodes to solve it.
regards
