the surface mount IC (square, 80 pins, 1mm spacing) on circuit board using standard tool or any special tool required ?

TQ in advance

With 1mm spacing i have been able to solder it, try using a good sharpened solder, clean the solder after each point, it takes a lot of patience, good working space, lights and space but it can be done.

with this type of desoldering it would be easier if you will use hot air.

in this manner, the chips pins will be desoldered simultaneously.

try to to practice first with differctive or scrap board with surface mount chips.

with out adequate experience, you will probably peel off foil traces.

practice makes almost perfect
