how to program an ATV750!!!

My boss has given me a task : to program an ATV750.
But I don't know how to program it ,and I can not find any document about this.

Anyone can tell me how to do it?

To develop an application for a PLD, a JEDEC file must be created ..
The PLD development system, eg CUPL, Gal Development System GDS 3.5 or easyABLE Version 4.3, converts the logic equations into such a JEDEC file ..

Thanks to IanP,
I have the PLD development system of Atmel -- WinCUPL, and I know how to use the chip.
But how to program the JEDEC file data into the chip ?
My boss need me to develop a programmer to program it , not a third-party tool.

I'm not sure i understand. You don't want to use the vendor's programming tool. instead u want to develop your own to program using jtag port, is it ?
