How to make width of pcb track wide and small in Eagle?

please can some body help me with how to make width of pcb track wide and small e.g power and ground wide and signal small

When routing a trace you can specify the width in the "Width" field. You can choose predefined values or enter a value manually.
A trace width can also be changed afterwards by entering or clicking: change --> width --> value --> click on the trace which should be changed

Here is the attached image on how to change the Track Width using the Change Option.
