How to make sure the op-amp is correct??

I am trying to design the cascode op-amp.
how can i know the op i designed is correct?
Is there something that I must take care???
 

The amplifier you have designed, must be for some specifications.
i.e UGB, Gain, Phase margin, ICMR, PSRR, Noise etc.
The amplifier designed, has to be used in some closed loop configuration, see fro the stability, its frequency responce, slewrate etc.

you have to check your specs of the opamp at every process corners and check for the phase margin not to be less than 60 degree for stable close loop performance

Where can find some test circuit examples to demo how to measure these amplifier
specifications?

At least, you can try AC analysis to check the gain phase margin. It is the basic check for a opamp.
 

First, you know the performance parameters of Op Amp, such as DC gain, GBP, CMRR, PSSR etc. Then you simulated it. Depend on your applications, you will trade off among those parameters.
