You can get a linearized model from Simulink. For do it realize the following steps:
1. From the tools menu , select linear analisys
2. A window appears which have input and output points blocks
3. place an input point block at the wire of input of your system
4. Place an output pint block at the wire of output of your system
5. The LTI viewer has been open in step 2 . From this window select get linearized model from the Simulink menu.
6. If you nedd the transfer function at this step you can expotr the model to workspace from the LTI window.
