Hi,

I need the ICT file to generate the QRC Technology File using Techgen for power analysis.

I am wondering if the ICT file is usually provided by the technology vendor or I need to create the file manually? or it can be converted from another file?

I have checked the technology I have (STM 90nm), which does not have a .ict file, and I am not sure if this technology is too old to have a .ict file.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi vpd123,
I have the same problem as yours. How did you generate the QRC TechFile? I'm using umc65 and my tools are Cadence6.1 Assura4.2 EXT9.2

Get in touch with the foundry - they will usually supply them.
