How to get the FFMPEG file ?

Hi all, iam doing research on mobility model of cellular phones. I have a simulink simulator where i need FFMPEG file as an input and couldn't figure out how to have the input file and am new for FFMPEG so can anyone in the community help me in this folks?

do you have Linux?
I just know ffmpeg is a program that can be run in linux CLI .... it's capable of converting and doing many editions to multimedia files...
>>ffmpeg -i file_neam <options to work with>

thanks fro ur reply sadid but i have solved the problem using WINFF which is a GUI interface for FFMPEG.
