how to get GSM module IP address?

how to get a GSM module's IP address?

Hi all, i'm working on a mobile positioning project. i wana transfer some sentences between GSM module(sim508) and a server(an individual internet site). i can easily send strings to the site through "AT+CIPSEND" command,because i know the IP address of the server. Here the problem is: How can i get GSM module's external IP address in order to send strings from the site to it?
please note that by using "AT+CIFSR" command i can only get the local IP address of module.i don't know what its usage is and what it means!??
