I want to find out the mean of the random signal given the Power Spectral Density of it. How to find that? I know that we should see the value of the PSD at ω=0 but I don't think mean and that value are equal but are related in some way. What is the relation ?

For eg: What is the mean given the following PSD-

The spectral density is always going to be symmetric about zero because a negative and positive frequency are the same thing. Usually you only look at the right side of the plot.
