Hey all,
I have a 1.2 meter monopole antenna. I want to find out its effective length over a frequency range of 25-174 MHz using simulated values of gain and radiation resistance. I used 4NEC2 to simulate the antenna. Please tell me if there is any equation which could help me find out the effective length vs frequency for this antenna.

Thank you!

yes some formula available in antenna by kraus and you can find some thing in handbook of volakis too
